Job Title: Office Administrator/Reception CE Scheme
Location: Castlemaine Community Services
Job Type: Part-time
Reports To: CE Supervisor
Rate: CE Scheme 19.5 hours per week. Some evening and weekend hours may be required based on centre needs.

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organised Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the community centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves administrative support, customer service, and coordination of office activities, including bookkeeping and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service users and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to the CE Supervisor and Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality with service users at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and SharePoint,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
